대안학교에서 양육자들은 처음에는 맡기면 다 되겠지 하는 희망을 가득 지니고 오지만 이내 각자의 주체적인 역할이 많아 지는 것을 체감하고 힘들하기도 하고 기쁨을 느끼기도 하며 함께 성찰하고 성장해 나갑니다.
지난 주말은 이권명희선생님과 이남실선생님(연두)을 모시고 양육자로서 지녀야할 젠더감수성과 장애인인권에 대해 공부했습니다.
매년 모시는 강사들이지만 그 시대적 상황과 가치에 따라 소중한 배움을 나누어 주시며 동백공동체에 많은 질문들을 던져 줍니다.
